Help Me !

Actually I am facing an problem with my Desktop which is Compaq SR 1942 IL model and I have Installed 64-bit Windows X P. Can some one tell me which compiler should I use for C and C++ programming. Please tell me I am really In problem. I will Try to get helped for every where but I cant get any support from the other side.

An Story: Good Time
Hey Friends,
Story always inspire all the person but sometimes they can discourage us. Story like this type no one want to listen but what can we do when these story become a part of your life.I want to share a story. This story is not related to me but this story always discourage me about this world.
In this story a person named Hemant who was working in a company. You can think that the company was a software company for which the person was working. Although He is intelligent and hard worker but he has to listen bed words from his boss due to some reasons. You are thinking that what are these reasons, then have patience and read ahead. He want to do some thing special but his boss and his co-worker always try to discourage him. One day after office hour when he was going home. He saw a person lying on the road. When he go closure to that person he find that the person was injured and crying for help.the person thought that he should help the person and he took him to hospital. After 6 hours that person comes in conscious state and said that he is very grateful of Hemant and want to give him prize for helping him but Hemant refused to take any award for helping an injured person because he thought that it was his duty. But since the condition of that man was not good so for putting his heart he agreed for it.
After a week that person called Hemant and ask him what he want to take as prize? But Hemant now refused to take ant thing as prize.The person become happy to see that these type of person are also on the earth. He was really searching that type of person and his search finished as he met Hemant.
Now are thinking that in this story nothing is to discourage but the main story starts from here. The person was a business man and have no child. He want a person that cam handle his business after him. So he offer Hemant to take care of business. That person has created some conditions that Hemant could not refused his proposal. So now Hemant had become a big business man. The problems were going to appear now. He has to work 18 hour a day but God had decided other thing for him. As he work hard for the business the business goes down and around after 2 year his business had been disposed. People said that Hemant destroyed the business. But the fact is business distroied him. He was not ready for this shock and after 1 month he suicide and leave a letter written

My first website
Hello friends,
I want to share my experience when I create first website. On 17 march my teacher Mr. Sanjay Prakash Ranga Called me said me to create a website for Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Gurgaon. Actually I was really waiting for this type of exciting work. I said: I will try my best and will give you a best site. He gave me just one day to complete the site. I was surprised that how I will create the site in a single day. But I was excited so I said: Sir, Don't worry, I will create it in time.
But the main problem starts when I sit to create the site. I am innocent to this field. But thanks to my friend Shreekant Bohra, He encouraged me and said try you can create a better site. I really find that he is right.
After 12 O'clock I am at Home and sited on my Pc, and try to create the site. I goggled for a template for the site but I am worthless. Now I am tried but want to work for the site, so I thought that I have to create a template for the site.
Now I am writing a CSS file for the site and a HTML page for the site. It takes so much time. At 8 O'clock in evening this task is completed and I feel relief. Now I have to create its navigation pages. I started with the last page titled Contact Us and it looks so cool so I decided that I will create the whole site in the same page.
I worked for the site for 4 O’clock in morning and created about 4 pages. I am afraid that how I would say to sir that I could not complete the site and I created only 4 pages. But thanks to God who help me at that time and when sir saw the site he said, “Good work”. It looks very good site. I am waiting for this type of site. You really work for it. If you want some more work than I have some more work for you. But I said that sir I have to go for home at the occasion of Holi-the festival of colors. Sir said ok, go and celebrate the festival and after coming from home you have to create a site for Govt. Women’s Polytechnic College, Bikaner.
I am really happy to see that my first website is selected for uploading. Please visit http://www.iapgurgaon.org which is created by me and give your reviews/opinion about the site. I am waiting for your reviews.
